I was scheduled to leave Dallas at 8:35; however, someone must have complained to the right people because we didn’t take off until 9:30, after the Superbowl. Speaking of which, the Giants beat the Patriots! The saddest sight I have ever seen is the group of folks boarding my flight back to Boston. Although, the funniest sight I’ve seen were the one or two folks smirking because they were rooting for the Giants. It’s as if the Giants fans were feeding off of the sadness of the Patriots fans. Simply sadistic, and hilarious! I think some of the folks were secretly hoping the plane crashed so they would not have to continue life in such a cruel world in which the Patriots failed to complete a perfect season. I don’t care. I’m upset that we didn’t wait longer to see the new episode of House. Although, a Patriots loss does ensure that I do not have to worry about crazy drunk people rioting in the streets or a parade later this week. Anyways, it’s late and I’m tired. Good night, good morning, goodbye. Go Cowboys! P.S. If you’re like me and managed to miss the commercials because Fox kept airing some football game, you can watch them online at https://www.myspace.com/superbowlads. I think it’s funny that 364 days out of the year we try our hardest to skip commercials; but, on this 1 day we forgo the bathroom/snack breaks so that we can watch commercials.
